All-In Interviewing Coaching

In the “all-in” coaching service, we work closely throughout your job search and we meet as many times as you need. You get: access to a concise handbook of information, practice interviews with thorough feedback from me, job application help including resume and cover letters, and a structure to your job search which sets you up for success.

I aim to match our incentives - often those are to move quite fast (8-12 weeks) and to get a great job with great compensation. A typical pricing structure for this service is success based, something like:

• A $600 monthly service fee,

• $4500 when you land a job,

• A bonus amount based on the job’s compensation or other targets, if we do particularly well.

This pricing structure can be customized on a per-client basis, depending on your situation, your goals and where you are in your job search.

The success-based fees can be paid over a number of months.

10 x 1 hour coaching sessions

For clients who prefer a set fee, I offer hourly coaching at $300 per session. For interview coaching, there is a minimum purchase of 10 sessions.

Lower-Priced Coaching

I am proud of the work that I have done with people from under-represented backgrounds and with unusual work histories. Please do not hesitate to sign up for an introductory call if you are worried about pricing.

Negotiation and other short term pricing

For short term work such as negotiation help, I offer a pay-what-you want service.
